what software do i need to open files from yahoo email which have been saved on my pc? June 8, 2009
windows does not recognize this file. i don’t know how to find the right software to open it. the only info i’m getting is “go to the web sight to find out”.please help.

Take note of what sort of file you trying to open then go to Windows Downloads, find the right program to open it and download it.
The files may be “Power Point files” If so,you have to buy the program.My wife’s computer has Power Point,but mine does not,but since both computers are tied together (via a router) and we both have the same pass word,I just go to her computer to view any that I receive.
