Most of the fraudulent activity I have encountered on community service sites like Craig’s List is committed by Yahoo subscriber’s and there doesn’t seem to be any way of reporting them to Yahoo with a result that something will be done about it.

I sign up users for my travel deals newsletter. I never buy them from 3rd party opt-in lists. All subscribers receive personalized travel deals once a week. Recently, Yahoo put me in the bulk folder again. My revenue dropped significantly for the newsletter.
